Small Animals
We carry ferrets, bunnies, chinchillas, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, pet mice and pet rats all year long. Below are some photos of our little critters but it's much more fun seeing them up close.
CAUTION: Do not use cedar bedding for the small animals! It has been known to cause deadly allergic reactions in hamsters, gerbils, mice, & pet rats. It has also been known to cause chronic respiratory problems in rabbits & guinea pigs. Pine (without chlorophyll), aspen and recycled newspaper beddings cause no such problems.

Bunnies
We have cute baby bunnies!
We have Rex and Dwarf Lionhead baby bunnies right now. Generally we carry a variety of bunnies: Holland Lop, Lionhead, Dutch Dwarf, Mini Lop and Mini Rex. They are smart and can be trained to come to their name and use a litter box. $35 |
Chinchillas
Chinchillas are fascinating, unique pets that can jump up to six feet straight up. They're curious and a bit independent. To keep clean they take a bath in volcanic dust.

Guinea Pigs
Guinea Pigs make fantastic pets for kids! They're very gentle and are content to sit still on a child's lap. Choose from a variety of colors and coats (Abyssinian, smooth coat, Peruvian). $35

Hamsters
They're just so cute they're irresistable! This pocket sized pet can even be taught to use the hamster potty! We have Golden, Siberian Dwarf, Chinese Dwarf, Fancy and Teddy Bear hamsters. $10

Gerbils are quick on their feet but less likely to bite than a hamster. They're usually quite gentle and love to play with tubes and toys.
